Well, after four years as YW President, I got released today. The Bishop told me that I get to have a brief pause until they decide which of a few callings they want to give me. I'll keep you posted (no blog pun intended).
So, this morning, I taught all the girls my last lesson for a while. It was so bittersweet. I mean, four years is a long time, and I was getting tired, but I just love those girls and will miss them. As Matt reminded me, "I'm sure the girls that are in there now will still talk to you." He's such a sweetie!
Anyway, it was a great opportunity to share my testimony with them and tell them how much I love them. I will definitely miss getting to spend so much time with them, but I'm looking forward to having my Tuesday's free, again, too! :)
