Well, Matt and I officially own two homes as of Feb. 15th. The previous owners of our new place (affectionately called our summer home) are finishing the final little things of moving out in the next couple of days. While Matt and I technically have possession, we're in no rush to get in. Don't get me wrong, I would love to get things settled and organized, but we have work to do here, first. Matt and I worked our tails off this weekend and got some projects done. Matt's dad and a couple of his crew were here the last few days, too. Things are moving forward. I think we own stock in Home Depot by now. I was there 3 times yesterday!
We went to the summer home last night to look around. It was fun to look around and plan how we were going to arrange furniture and such. I'm looking forward to it.
Projects in the new place have already started. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that knows Matt to hear that the first project was having FIOS installed. That happened on Friday. The next projects are stringing more cables (for geek things) and pulling paneling down. I'm looking forward to that project!

Yeah!! I'm glad you posted again! Happy housewarming! Maybe we'll get up to see it and visit sometime this life... (keep praying for a job in the west!)
