Matt and I went over this morning and signed our closing papers. It was exciting and a little bit sad at the same time. I'm excited to only have one mortgage payment, one house to keep clean, and one yard to maintain. However, as I've mentioned before, I'm a highly nostalgic person, and I will miss that cute little house. I guess we all get to move on at some point, right?
So, the closing date is July 30th. Pretty cool, huh?!
