Well, we got another offer yesterday. $230,000. Didn't we have the house listed for much more than that? I'm so confused by all of this. It seems that our neighboring "hood" is having quite a negative effect on other potential buyers.
The good news is that our realtor showed our house today to a woman who really loved it. Her husband is supposed to be coming over to look at it tomorrow night. Keep your fingers crossed!!
