A sigh of relief

Yesterday passed without any word from the buyers backing out of the contract. With that, they're locked in to buying our house. I couldn't be happier. Matt and his dad are over there right now working on the few projects they asked us to do after the inspection. I got the impression that they wouldn't take very long to complete, which is really nice. I think the buyers were generous, and we were accommodating. Both of these characteristics led to an easy sale. We're so blessed!
